KidzCrossing...a fun, safe place where children

express His love - all at their level of understanding!
No experience is required. On-the-job training is provided. Worship God through serving. Grow through serving. If you don't know the Bible, well, you can learn right alongside the children. Make a difference in the lives of kids. Be a kid again. Whatever your reason, explore serving opportunities in KidzCrossing.
Feel free to read through the KidzCrossing "Ways to Serve" brochure. Interested? "Test the waters" by observing first hand. Email us ahead of time to arrange a tour. If you decide to join the KidzCrossing Team, you will be asked to complete the volunteer screening process. This is for safety & security reasons, especially since Windsor Crossing Community Church doesn't do "membership." The screening process helps us get to know those who are serving, and better yet, who is teaching our children.
1) Seasonal Volunteers (Winter Serve, Christmas, Easter, Summer)
For safety & security reasons, a nation-wide criminal background check is run on all adults serving in KidzCrossing, including our seasonal volunteers. Please click on the link below to print off the KidzCrossing application. Complete it then fax it to Attn: KidzCrossing, 636-536-0594. Or, scan it to a .pdf file then email it as an attachment to Kidz@wcrossing.org.
2) KidzCrossing Application
Click on the link below to print off the application. Complete it then bring it to a KidzCrossing Orientation, or, submit it sooner (hand it to a Kidz Staff person, or fax it to us at 636-536-0594, or mail it to KidzCrossing, 114 North Eatherton Road, Chesterfield, MO 63005.
3) KidzCrossing Orientation
Attend an orientation. You will be given a KidzCrossing Handbook containing important safety & security information. Also, your picture will be taken for a KidzCrossing photo ID Badge. Information regarding upcoming dates/times is sent via email. Reply to the email to RSVP for an orientation.
3) KidzCrossing Interview
After your application is received, you will be contacted to schedule a one-on-one interview, typically before or after a weekend service. During the interview, information on your application will be clarified and we may offer suggestions for your next steps. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
After you have been approved to serve, you will be issued a KidzCrossing photo ID Badge and the leader of the ministry in which you'll be serving will be notified. Expect to receive the weekly team email with the lesson plan attached.
